Hi, I’m Jillian rex.

My work is rooted in nervous system education, self-authorship, and relational clarity, informed by Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems.

Like many people drawn to this work, my path here wasn’t linear. For years, I searched for “healing” through traditional therapy, self-help, mindset work, and external life changes — new environments, new routines, new roles. While some of those efforts helped, they never fully addressed the persistent patterns underneath: chronic dissatisfaction, emotional stuckness, and a sense that no matter what I changed externally, my internal experience remained the same.

Everything shifted when I began working through a somatic, nervous system–centered lens. Learning how the body, brain, and nervous system shape perception, behavior, and relationship fundamentally changed how I understood myself and others. Through sustained personal work with a somatic psychotherapist using Polyvagal-informed approaches and Internal Family Systems, I developed not only relief, but a deeper sense of agency, self-trust, and internal coherence.

Over time, this work became more than personal healing — it became a clear orientation. I found myself naturally translating these concepts for others, helping people understand why they react the way they do and how to work with their nervous systems rather than against them.

Today, I offer education and coaching focused on nervous system literacy, bottom-up awareness, and practical integration. My intention is not to “fix” people or dive into trauma processing, but to provide language, frameworks, and tools that help individuals relate to themselves with more clarity, choice, and compassion.

I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to walking alongside you as you learn to understand and trust your system more deeply.
